Refund Policy

The rules below are the ones our refund process applies.

Courses

• Ask within 7 days of buying.
• You must have completed 25% or less of the lessons.
• Once a certificate has been issued for the course, it can no longer be refunded.

Live webinars

• Ask up to 24 hours before the webinar starts.

How it works

1. Open My Learning, find the order and choose Request refund.
2. A person reviews it. We may ask a question by email.
3. If approved, the money goes back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days, and access to the course or webinar ends.
